Sex ratio was 3 : 1, male predominance, there were 9 cases of Hodgkin's disease and 23 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Among non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, primaey nodal non-Hodgkin;s lymphoma was 16 cases, primary extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma was 7 cases. Age distribution was the highest in 5th and 6th dacade. Predominent site was neck node in 25 cases(78.1%), palatine tonsil in 4 cases (12.5%), nasal cavity, larynx and oral cavity were in 1 case(3.1%), respectively. In Hodgkin's disease, systemic symptom and pathologic type was important prognostic factor. In non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, stage and systemic symptom was important prognostic factor and primary extranodal disease has more good reponse to chemotherapy and has longer survival duration in expired cases. Bone marrow biopsy seems to be the most important staging work up in differentiating stage IV patients.
