Malignant lymphoma is defined as neoplastic proliferation of the lymphoreticular tissue, composed of lymphocytic or histocytic derivatives in varing degree of differentiation. It is devied into Hodgkin's disease and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and each has two subtypes, nodular and extranodular type. In head and neck region, malignant lymphoma is mainly extranodular type of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and the common sites of presentation are the Waldeyer's ring and cervical lymph node. Malignant tumor of the nose is relatively rare, accounting for less than 1% of all neoplasm and only 3% of head and neck neoplasm. It required differential diagnosis from benign nasal and paranasal disease. Recently, we experienced two cases of malignant lymphoma arising from the lateral wall of the nasal cavity. So, we report these two cases with brief review of the literature.
