ABSTRACT

Fibrous dysplasia of the temporal bone is a extremely rare disease in otological field with a total of 17 cases reported in English literature so far. Authors experienced a case in 18 years old boy with complete obliteration of the external auditory canal and long standing keratosis obturance. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the principles and methods of canal-plasty and meatoplasty with literature review and presentation of author's case.
