ABSTRACT

Laryngeal granulomas following endotracheal anesthesia are rare, considering the large number of cases undergoing this procedure. The granuloma arises from the vocal process of the arytenoid after trauma on the laryngeal mucosa. Recently we experienced three cases of laryngeal intubation granuloma, accompanying with hoarseness, and reviewed the literature.
