ABSTRACT

The authors experienced a case of huge chondroma of external auditory canal. A 12 year old boy was admitted on July-30 '72, with the complaints of mild hearing disturbance and protruding mass of the periauricular region which had gradually developed for about 1 year prior to entry. Clinical examination revealed a child-fist sized, firm, hardly movable mass of the left periauricular region and stenosis of external auditory canal by protruding the tumor mass. After surgical extirpation, histopathological report revealed the chondroma.
