En Bloc Resection with Radical Neck Dissection for Three Cases of Tongue Cancer

ABSTRACT

Tongue cancer has been more common among the malignant tumor in the oral cavity. We have experienced three cases of carcinoma arising from the lateral border of the tongue. Three cases were treated by hemiglossectomy with unilateral radical neck dissection, radiotherapy and arterial infusion for chemotherapy. The hemiglossectomy was performed by external approach which was exposed at submandibular region through incision of mouth floor as En bloc.
