Contact Ulcer Granuloma of the Larynx

ABSTRACT

Case I : A 21 years old Korean woman was seen with the complaint of hoarseness and discomfort in the larynx on the 7th of June 1968. The symptom had begun from one month prior to this visit. This patient has received of plastic surgery for scar of burn in the Lt. buttock under endotracheal anesthesia 2 months age.

Case II : A 40 years old Korean woman was seen with the complaint of hoarseness and discomfort in the larynx on the 16th of Sept. 1968. The symptom had begun from one month prior to this visit. This patient received of orthopedic surgery for reduction of the right femur fracture under endotracheal anesthesia 2 months ago. The author have experience two cases of contact ulcer granuloma of the larynx and also some discussion were carried additionally.
