Author experienced a case considered as Melkerssion-Rosenthal Syndrome by the clinical symptoms and signs. A 32 years old soldier (ROKMC) visited on June 2, 1969 with recurring left facial paralysis, facial edema and lingua plicate. But no tinnitus, vertigo, hyperacusis and hearing impairment were complained. For the treatment, local physiotherapy and systemic medication such as aronamine, nicotinic acid, prednisolone were used. For two months of the treatment, facial paralysis and facial edema were recovered.
