ABSTRACT

Objective tinnitus occurs as a result of vascular pulsations or muscular contractions. A forty-four year-old female patient complaining of right pulsatile tinnitus had a high jugular bulb with bony dehiscence and anemia. She recovered from the tinnitus with the correction of the anemia. Vascular objective tinnitus, i.e. unilateral pulsatile tinnitus was discussed with review of the literature.
